I believe women deserve to take up space without apology
I work with high-achieving women of color who look successful on the outside but feel anxious, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. Together, we unpack core beliefs, cultural conditioning, and lived experiences that have taught you to shrink, over perform, or put yourself last.
My work focuses on helping you understand the roots of your anxiety… not just manage the symptoms. So you can stop living on autopilot and start living in alignment with who you actually are.
In therapy, we work on setting boundaries without guilt, prioritizing yourself without fear, and building a relationship with yourself that feels honest, confident, and secure.
You don’t need to become someone new. You get to come home to yourself.
